It is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home which can sleep 8 or more. It has a pull out sofa in the living room.It has a new modern kitchen and newly refurbished family room and bedrooms. It has a lanai ,beautiful landscaping, new gas grill and host of other amenities. Free WiFi in the entire home, outdoor shower with hot water. The home is close to many local attractions such as a national park (7min drive), a huge municipal beach (7min walk) with restaurants, shops, activities (tennis, volleyball, cooking etc)

Summary: Property was perfect for the four couples, and was centrally located to attractions and restaurants that we enjoyed. We had one little glitch with the tv but the owner jumped on that immediately and had a service person there who corrected the problem. The lanai was nice to sit and visit especially since we had perfect weather. We hope to return next year for the Astros spring training so would love to have the house again.
